Sossusvlei

Left our campsite before sunrise - excellent tar around about 70km to Sossuvlei then had to do some 4x4 sand dune driving to get to our destination. The contrast of the white salt pan, dead trees and red desert sand was truly beautiful. After unusually amounts of rain there this year we were privileged to see a "green" desert scattered with grasses, flowers and water. It is truly a blessing to bear witness to this vast land of multiple vistas.
