Crossing from SA into Nambia took less than an hour and we had no problems - no customs officials searching for the copious amounts of alcohol that we had stashed in all sorts of hiding places within Jurgie! Quite a relief to say the least.
We have now become accustomed to seeing miles and miles of flatness for as far as the eye could see. Todays trip from Upington to Hobas was 428,3km - a pleasant and easy drive. Took some amazing gopro footage but unable to upload as signal so kak.
Along the route were these amazing nests built by the Sociable Weavers - busy little buggers.
Couple hours into our trip we were dying for coffee & breakfast and found this interesting stop in Granau - The Country Hotel! Quaint and our first sighting of everything rusted!
